ADHD Coach | Executive Functioning Specialist
With a passion for helping individuals understand their unique brains and unlock their full potential, I specialize in coaching children, teens, and adults with ADHD. My coaching approach integrates executive functioning support, nutrition, exercise, time management, and brain-health strategies to help clients improve focus, attention, emotional regulation, impulse control, cognitive flexibility, and decision-making.
My passion for this work is deeply personal. Through my own family’s experiences navigating ADHD—including supporting my husband and daughter—I have witnessed firsthand both the challenges and incredible strengths that come with an ADHD brain. These experiences inspired me to help others move beyond the negative labels often associated with ADHD and instead recognize the unique gifts, creativity, resilience, and innovation that many individuals with ADHD possess.
Too often, ADHD is viewed solely through the lens of deficits. I believe ADHD is a different way of thinking, learning, and interacting with the world. My mission is to help individuals and families develop a more positive understanding of ADHD, build self-esteem, and discover the many tools and resources available to support success. While medication can be helpful for some individuals, I am passionate about helping clients explore additional options and strategies that support brain health and overall well-being.
Using a strengths-based approach inspired by Dr. Daniel Amen’s brain health principles, I help clients develop personalized systems that work with their brains—not against them—allowing them to thrive at home, school, work, and in relationships.

Coaching Philosophy
I believe that ADHD is not something that needs to be fixed—it is a unique way of experiencing and engaging with the world. Every individual possesses strengths that can be cultivated to create confidence, success, and fulfillment.
My coaching philosophy combines executive functioning support with a whole-person approach to brain health. Drawing on principles from Dr. Daniel Amen’s work, I help clients understand the connection between brain function, lifestyle habits, nutrition, exercise, emotional wellness, and performance. Together, we develop practical strategies that improve focus, organization, self-regulation, and productivity while building confidence and resilience.
In addition, my Gottman Method Level 2 training allows me to support couples and families in improving communication, reducing conflict, and strengthening relationships while navigating the unique challenges and strengths associated with ADHD.
My goal is to help every client understand their ADHD, embrace their strengths, and discover the “superpowers” that make them uniquely capable of achieving success.
A Bit About Me
Outside of coaching, I enjoy spending time with my family. I’ve been married for 16 years and am the proud mom of two daughters who both love performing on stage. Watching them pursue their passions has reinforced my belief that every person has unique gifts and talents that deserve to be nurtured and celebrated.
I am committed to helping individuals and families see the possibilities within themselves, buildconfidence in their abilities, and create lives that reflect their full potential.
